AdventHealth is offering free sports pre-participation physicals and ECG screenings to Flagler Schools students on May 24th and 26th.
Students from all Flagler Schools, who are entering 6th–12th grades in the 2022–23 school year, are invited to attend a screening event. Students who wish to participate in their school's athletics programs, are required to complete these screenings. Please contact your school's athletic trainer for more information.
For the first time ever, our families can take advantage of the opportunity to attend a FREE screening event at one of our high schools!
Update: Registration is recommended to attend a screening, and will remain open until the night before each event. Please visit FSSportsPhysicals.com to register. Walk-ins will also be accepted.
