Of the 1,118 people living in Crescent Beach in 2019, 51.2 percent (572) were women and 48.8 percent (546) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Palm Coast Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 287-to-209. In the 65 and over age range, there were 241 females and 260 males.
