On Tuesday, April 1, former Crescent City High School standout Will Owens’ current college team, the Arkansas–Monticello Boll Weevils, won 10-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Southern Arkansas Muleriders.
The game took place at Weevils Field at Union Bank Park. This was their first matchup against the Muleriders this season.
The Boll Weevils’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 12 p.m. at Weevils Field at Union Bank Park against Ouachita Baptist Tigers.
