Menorah to be added to the holiday lighting display in the Plaza
On Monday, December 12, the City Commission accepted a donation of a decorative menorah by Rabbi Levi Vogel, of the Chabad of St. Augustine, to be placed as part of the City's display of lights and Christmas tree during the annual Nights of Lights event in the Plaza.
The menorah will be installed in the Plaza this Saturday and will light its first candle on Sunday evening at 5:30pm, December 18, the first night of Hanukkah. The candles will light in sequence each night of the holiday, through Monday, December 26.
