Of the 1,625 people living in East Palatka in 2020, 38.2 percent (620) were women and 61.8 percent (1,005) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Palm Coast Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 479. In the 65 and over age range, there were 279 females and 233 males.
