Palm Coast-Flagler Regional Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on March 2.
Palm Coast City Councilman Victor Barbosa, in a letter to City Manager Denise Bevan, stated that he “feared for his life,” and was resigning from the Palm Coast City Council effective immediately.
