City of Crescent issued the following announcement on December 13.
Saturday, December 18, 2021, at 5:00 pm,
Lake Stella Beach and Recreation Area,
The sun sets at 5:32 pm and the moon rises at 5:08 pm,
Paddle on Lake Stella to watch the moon rise. It will be led by Bob Stender,
Please be sure to bring PFD, a light and a whistle.
