City of St. Augustine: Free Park & Ride shuttle continues through December 30

City of St. Augustine issued the following announcement on November 24.

Service will run Thanksgiving Weekend, Saturdays in December, extend after Christmas

The City of St. Augustine’s free park and ride shuttle will continue Friday and Saturday of Thanksgiving Weekend (November 26 & 27) and then every Saturday in December, except Christmas Day, including the five days following Christmas, December 26 through December 30. In consideration of the Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 4, shuttle operations will begin at 8:00am.

The shuttle will operate from 1:00pm-11:00pm and from three parking locations outside of the downtown Historic District: 

  • St. Johns County Health Department, 200 San Sebastian View 
  • San Marco Lot (north city), 301 San Marco Ave.
  • Broudy’s Lot (corner of US 1 and W. King), 198 & 212 W. King St.

Free Nights of Lights Park & Ride Shuttle

DATES:   Friday, November 26: 1:00pm – 11:00pm

Saturday, November 27: 1:00pm – 11:00pm

Saturday, December 4: 8:00am – 11:00pm*

Saturday, December 11: 1:00pm – 11:00pm

Saturday, December 18: 1:00pm – 11:00pm

NOTE: Shuttle services will not be provided on Saturday, December 25

*Shuttles will begin early in consideration of the Christmas Parade

Extended Service: Sunday, December 26 – Thursday, December 30: 1:00pm – 11:00pm

WHERE TO PARK: 

  • St. Johns County Health Department, 200 San Sebastian View 
  • The San Marco Lot, 301 San Marco Ave. 
  • Broudy’s Lot (corner of US 1 and W. King), 198 & 212 W. King St.
DROP-OFF/PICK-UP:

  • Visitor Information Center, 10 S. Castillo Dr.
When riding the shuttle, passengers are asked to keep an eye out for a QR code. Be sure to scan it to respond to a customer service survey.

The shuttle is made possible by the City of St. Augustine with the cooperation of the St. Johns County Administration and funding support from the St. Johns County Tourist Development Council. The special Anastasia Island shuttle on Light-Up! Night is made possible with the support of Historic Tours of America and Ripley’s Red Train Tours.
