Join us for our monthly Community Coalition Meeting and be a part of the conversation about resources available to folks living in our county. This month we will be learning about Operation New Hope and how to access free Narcan through the health department. These meetings will both inspire and challenge you to learn more about mental health, physical health and quality of life resources available to folks living in St. Johns County.
