On Friday, March 28, former Matanzas High School standout Emma Wood’s current college team, the Embry-Riddle FL Eagles, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Saint Leo Lions.

The game took place at Mary Cannon Cabot Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.

The Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 12 p.m. at Mary Cannon Cabot Stadium against Saint Leo Lions.
