On Friday, March 28, former Creekside High School standout Farid Eljaiek’s current college team, the Valdosta State Blazers, won 11-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Mississippi Choctaws.

The game took place at Billy Grant Field. This was their first matchup against the Choctaws this season.

The Blazers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 1 p.m. at Billy Grant Field against Mississippi Choctaws.
