The free family event will take place at Ascension St. Vincent’s St. Johns at 205 Trinity Way, St. Johns, FL.  We are excited to offer a safe and fun way to trick or treat from a trunk in a festive, family atmosphere while also getting to know your local care team.

There will be free candy, prizes, food trucks, and so much more! Costumes are encouraged as there will be a costume contest for all ages up to 12 years old. And of course, don’t forget your treat bucket.
  2:00 – 4:00 pm.

Free flu vaccines will also be offered to the public at this event!
