Our Chamber partners at Halifax Health Continuing Care have partnered with the Alzheimer’s Association to provide support and services to Flagler County residents at three upcoming events. Please see the flyer below.
Did you know Flagler County’s population could increase by as much as 30,000 more residents by 2030? Approximately 10,000 of those new residents will be 65 years of age or older. Therefore, more support and service initiatives, like the ones provided by Halifax Health Continuing Care will be needed in the future.
